CRISIS VISION Is a project to create and share innovative SPARK AR filters on Instagram

A storytelling tools for Canadian artists to make video art about the future, and to encourage Instagram users and artists to experiment with their filters to create thought-provoking, impactful art as a catalyst for social change. The project was initiated by Andrea Cooper and funded by the Canada Council for the Arts in 2019.
